Today is Sunday and I am sitting in the closing circle of my second 4-day Quodoushka workshop. My opening goal statement pales, compared to what I experienced and what I achieved: “Today is Sunday”, I reflect, “and I am happy!” Not happy as in just having received a nice compliment, or just having gotten a raise or just having treated myself to a bit of luxury.
